Welcome to the Southwest Adult Baseball League
The Southwest Adult Baseball League, also known as SWABL, is a competitive adult wood bat baseball league serving Southwest Riverside County. We provide organized Sunday baseball for players ages 18 and over, with teams competing across Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, and surrounding communities.
SWABL is built for players who want competitive games, consistent scheduling, and a strong local baseball community. Whether you are returning to the field or looking for a new team, SWABL is committed to delivering a well-run league experience throughout the season.

Visit the Registration page to complete the Free Agent Registration form and submit your information for league review. If you are hoping to join a specific team, we recommend contacting that team directly. Otherwise, registered free agents will be considered for available roster opportunities as teams fill their needs.
League Expectations
SWABL games are played on Sundays and operate as an adult wood bat league. All players must be 18 years of age or older to participate. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional environment and ask all players, coaches, and spectators to follow the rules of each facility, including no alcohol, smoking, or chewing tobacco on school or district property.
